Beiersdorf has printed GS1 Digital Link QR codes on 8x4 since 2025 and said in March 2026 that it would add them to more of its brands during 2026. Its 8x4 deodorants are among the first packs in the checkout test at dm. The QR code on an 8x4 can holds /01/04006000170572, the same GTIN as under the barcode, so the till can take the product number from it.
